Scott Ratcliffe

A native Houstonian having lived in the area for most of my childhood, I graduated from high school in the Texas hill country in Kerrville after living there for only my senior year. While I have an MBA from UT – San Antonio, I bleed maroon having graduated from Texas A&M University with a BBA where I was in the Corps of Cadets. Married for over 20 years to my lovely wife Lori, we have two children. My son Noah and my daughter Lindsey are both engineering majors at Texas A&M University.

Most of my professional career has been in Houston in the oil & gas industry in various accounting and finance capacities. I am a Certified Public Accountant and spent one year in public accounting. Knowing the Burkhards for many years having been in a small group with them through the Woodlands United Methodist Church, I became aware of a need at Mosaics of Mercy shortly after its founding. I felt a calling to volunteer my services as their financial and accounting representative. Their mission and purpose are so needed in our community. I doubt there is anyone who has not been affected by a friend or family member who is impacted by mental health or substance abuse issues. I am so proud of what the team has accomplished in just a few years!
